We are kicking off our “Sponsor Me Sweets!” Sponsorship Video Contest. The last time we did this, over seven years ago, we added players like Johnny Kress, Brandon Meyer, Max Norcross, and Cooper Eddy to the Sweets Team, all of them still teammates today!
So many amazing videos were entered last time, but today, we're running it back because there are so many new players in the community that we don't even know exist. Instead of hand-picking our next players, we want to see your videos, and the Sweets Team is going to pick them.
We could be adding one player, we could be adding six, it really is all up to you and how awesome the videos you make are!
What We’re Looking For
Social Media Savvy
First and foremost, we want everyone to be active on social media. It's where we really spread kendama and where people find out about us every day, so having TikTok and Instagram accounts where you post tricks is very important to us.
Hunger For Competition
We're looking for someone who likes to compete in kendama. We have some of the best competitors in the world on our squad and we would love for some of the new players to have a willingness to compete.
Ready to Represent; Anytime, Anywhere
We don't always have the means to pay for room/board or flights to every competition, but if there's an opportunity that arises, we'd love to have someone that's willing to fly around and travel for kendama.
A Kendama Sensei
We expect all our players to be great teachers. Without being great teachers, kendama cannot spread and grow, so we definitely expect all of our pros to be involved, whether it's volunteering at events or being out at your local schools teaching programming through the Sweets Kendamas Foundation.
Generally, we're looking for someone who is excited to make kendama a bigger part of their life and help grow kendama bigger than it’s ever been.

You get a coupon code personalized for you that you can make money from.

If you want to enter any kendama contest, we will foot the bill for that. We don't always have the means to pay for room and board or for flights, but we do pay for your entry to compete.

As a team member, you get featured in Team Edits on our YouTube Channel and get posted regularly on our social media accounts.
- There's always the chance of moving up the ranks in the sweet squad and getting yourself a pro model, it all depends on how hard you work and how dedicated you are to kendama.
Lastly, you get to call yourself a Sweets Team member! Our team is a family, comprised of some of the best competitive players in the world, some of the most legendary kendama players in the world, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
How to Enter

- Video can be up to 2.5 minutes long
- Tell us who you are and why you want to be on the Sweets Kendamas Team
- Show your skills AND more about yourself

Round 2
Like years past, it's going to be a Two-Video Competition, so we're going to judge your first videos to get you into the second round of contestants. In Round 2, you will make a second, completely different video, really showcasing your kendama skills and solidifying your spot on the team.
